Project O2 Facility, The Dalles, Oregon

Phase I of this project consisted of the site prep and installation of the infrastructure for the sub-station. Construction included leveling a site pad, located in solid rock, for the expansion of the existing sub-station, excavation and blasting of hard rock for the duct banks and excavation of below grade cast-in-place electrical vaults.

Phase II site work included excavation and installation for all underground utilities including: gas, water, storm and sanitary. Crestline was responsible for the excavation and backfill for all electrical utilities. The site work package also included the preparation of all building pads and equipment pads, which required the over excavation, conditioning and replacement of well over 100,000 cubic yards of material.
