be constructed in 12 different phases. Crestline Construction is currently
constructing Phase I of the infrastructure. Phase I construction includes
Lone Pine Boulevard, 39 single family lots on the Lagoon, 9 town home
lots in The Lone Pine Square and 4 commercial lots along the pedestrian-friendly
main street. Phase I of this project includes 20,000 cubic yards of
imported fill and 8433 linear feet pipe.
