Founders

Crestline Construction Company, L.L.C., was founded in 1994 by Bill Lancaster and Ron Schmidt.

Ron is a graduate of Oregon State University. Before starting Crestline, Ron was a Project Engineer and Project Manager for Guy F. Atkinson and Industrial Constructors Corporation, a division of Washington Contractors Group. At these firms he managed projects ranging in size up to $120 million.

Bill Lancaster has worked in the industry for 24 years in various roles starting as an operator and working up to project superintendent. Bill has vast experience in running large earth moving projects throughout the west. Bill has worked for Green Construction, TARCO Construction and Washington Contractors before starting Crestline in 1994.
