Columbia Gorge Community College, The Dalles, OR

Phase I of this project consisted of the site prep and mass excavation for a new parking lot and building. Phase II consisted of the infrastructure, including a new fire/domestic pump house, looped fire piping system for the entire complex, new domestic water service to existing and future buildings, re-route of the city’s 16” main waterline and new natural gas services.
