Cardinal Glass Plant, Odell, Oregon

Phase I of this project consisted of the site and building pad preparation for a 180,000 square foot warehouse facility with the associated utility connections and parking lot improvements. Phase II consisted of the addition of another 180,000 square foot warehouse building and the extension of all underground utilities.
